Hello Hoya fans, Just a quick plug for the Kenner league, which began play yesterday at McDonough Gym in DC. All games are free and open to the public. Watch the team play organized basketball without active coaching from the Georgetown staff. Schedule and Hoya team assignments are available on the web. This is a unique opportunity to watch high quality college basketball over the doldrums of summer, and get a feel for how to team will look next year. Sometimes it is hard to watch. I'm trying to stay positive, and thinking we can build for the future. In that vein, there is now a Facebook petition trying to get Monroe and Summers to return. Monroe has already said he would be coming back next year, but you can never be too sure. Log on and sign up to show your support for having a strong squad next year. Category: NCAAB |
